Personal and ecommerce parcels, leaving the United States.

Intake, money held on account, de minimis for the destination, and five hundred rows pasted out of a spreadsheet. It does not print a carrier’s label and it does not track a parcel to the door. Both of those are on this page in full.

This is the desk that takes a hundred boxes from a Korean grocery, a church, or a shop selling skincare to Sydney — collects the money before anything moves, works out whether the destination will charge duty, and hands the last leg to somebody who flies it.

33
Destinations judged
De minimis worked out for the country the parcel is going to, before the customer is quoted.
500
Rows in one paste
Straight out of the shipper’s own spreadsheet. Header aliases are read, so nobody retypes a column name.
What it does

The money is taken first, and it is never edited afterwards.

Parcel work is prepaid work. The shipper pays in, parcels draw the balance down, and money that has to go back goes back as a line of its own — because a ledger that can be rewritten is one nobody can reconcile six months later.

Why the refund is a row
The 19 August line still reads 24 parcels and 651.50. The refund is a third line with its own date and a minus in front of it. Nothing is edited and nothing is deleted, so the batch, this ledger and the copy the customer already has still agree in March.

A part payment is a part payment.

Two deposits sit above, a wire and a card, eight days apart. Neither is rounded into the other and neither is turned into a single “paid” flag. The balance is what the arithmetic leaves, and the account can be read down the page.

Deleting a charge is not a refund

Removing the line is easier to build and it looks tidier on the screen. It also destroys the only record that the customer was charged, which is the record they will want when they ask why their August total moved. The reversal is therefore written down instead, with a date, and it is the sort of decision that is noticed only when somebody disputes something.

Intake for personal and ecommerce senders
A parcel is a shipper, a receiver, a description, weight and a value. The desk takes them one at a time at the counter, or in bulk from a shop that ships every day.
Five hundred rows pasted from a spreadsheet
The shipper’s own sheet is copied and pasted in. The importer reads header aliases — HAWB, H.AWB, hawb no and 송장번호 land in the same column — because asking somebody to rename their columns by hand is how three hundred rows come in wrong.
De minimis for 33 destinations
Whether the destination will let the parcel in free of duty, judged before the customer is given a price, so the answer is not discovered by the receiver.
With WMS switched on, the physical half
Pickup and delivery runs, the driver app, photograph and signature POD, and the system’s own 4×6 barcode label for the box. That label belongs to the system and it moves the parcel through the forwarder’s own building. It is not a carrier’s label and it will not be accepted as one.

What it shows Five hundred rows out of the shipper’s own spreadsheet landing in one paste, with only the bad rows left unticked.
Where to shoot it Parcels → Paste rows on the demo company, with a real 500-row sheet open beside the window
The take
  1. Select 500 rows in the spreadsheet and copy them.
  2. Paste into the box and let the preview build. The header aliases resolve on their own.
  3. Stop on the preview with the failing rows unticked and the reason on each one. Do not create.
Why here 500 is a number printed on this page, and a number is only a claim. The paste is the proof, and it costs twelve seconds to make it.
One rule

AMC sells one direction, and the reason is a date.

Parcels going out of the United States, and not parcels coming in. That is not a gap in the software and not something on a roadmap — the way that business was cleared is closed.

What closed

Federal Register document 2026-12670 suspended the de minimis exemption indefinitely for every mode of transport except the post, effective 24 June 2026. Type 86 is not available for the shipments it used to cover. An inbound Section 321 express operation is not something anyone can sell at present, and any vendor claiming otherwise is selling a date that has passed.

What AMC sells

Export parcels out of the United States, where the de minimis question belongs to the destination country and not to CBP. That is the 33-destination judgement above, and it is the half of this business that still works. AMC would rather state this on the website than in the second half of a demonstration.

The last leg is handed over, and the handover is written down
Somebody flies the parcel. Who took it and the number they gave are typed onto the parcel by a person, and that is the end of what this system knows. It is one field and a name, not a tracking integration.
The label the box carries is the system’s own
A 4×6 barcode label printed in-house, for the forwarder’s own scanning and the forwarder’s own building. There is no UPS, FedEx or USPS label anywhere in this product, and no carrier account is connected to one.
Money before movement
The balance is drawn down as parcels are booked, so a shipper who has run out is visible at intake rather than at the end of the month.
What it does not do

Seven things, none of them coming soon.

This is the list that decides whether Parcel is of any use to a given office, so it is longer than the list above it and it is on the same page rather than behind a call.

No carrier labels
It does not print UPS, FedEx or USPS labels and it is not connected to any of them. If buying a label from a carrier is the job, this is not the tool for it.
No end-to-end tracking
There is no live status from the pickup to the receiver’s door. The final carrier and its number are keyed in by hand, and the customer follows the parcel on that carrier’s own site.
No route optimisation
Stops are ordered by a person. Nothing here works out the shortest way round a city.
No delivery time windows
No promised two-hour slot, and nothing that holds the desk to one.
No redelivery record
A parcel nobody was home for is not tracked through a second and third attempt.
No returns
There is no return flow, no return label and no way to book a parcel back the other way.
No cash on delivery
The driver does not collect money at the door. Everything is prepaid, which is the whole shape of the ledger above.

The spreadsheet as it is received.

The untidy one, with the column headed 송장번호 and three hundred rows in it. It is pasted in during the call, the aliases that matched and those that did not are shown, and the de minimis judgement is run on the destinations in it. If the seven things above are the seven that were needed, AMC will say so and suggest looking elsewhere.
