A parcel record, payment information and delivery evidence your office can review.
Uses its own parcel workflow and demo company. Show Courier alone or with Portal. Combined WMS or SCM company workflows are not yet prepared for this demo.
Register a parcel, record charges, follow handling steps, and capture delivery results in the driver app.
Courier is for individual parcel services. It uses its own operating workflow, rather than requiring an international freight job for every package.
Capture the sender, recipient, service and package details at intake.
Calculate charges from the configured rate card and record the payment arrangement.
Use supported driver screens to capture delivery evidence or explain an unsuccessful stop.
One parcel number, read by four people who never open each other’s screens.
Zone × weight rate cards, dimensional weight, prepaid or COD.
Received on the same scan screen as the warehouse. Bags and a manifest are Stage 2.
Redeliver, hold, or return — set from the office screen.
Three lanes, one counter. Korea–US express carries a personal or business parcel door to door across the Pacific. LA local same-day covers a courier run inside the county — the kind of job that used to mean a phone call and a guess at arrival time. US domestic ground reaches the other forty-nine states on a zone card, the way a national parcel carrier prices distance without naming one. A counter clerk switches between the three without leaving the intake screen — the service picked decides the rate card read, nothing else changes underneath.
Receiving already exists for the warehouse floor, so a courier hub reads the same screen a WMS receiving clerk would. Sealing several boxes into one bag with its own weight and count, and printing the manifest that travels with the bag, is the part still being built — Stage 2, below.
A forwarder’s rate card is a lane. A courier’s is a zone and a weight break — so Courier reads a different table.
Length × width × height, divided by a fixed divisor — the higher of that and the scale wins, the way every carrier bills a box that is light but large.

The screen and the receipt both say Rate — a courier rate card, an ocean rate, and an airline rate feed are the same word on every CBMGO screen.
A domestic zone is read from the recipient ZIP against the counter’s own ZIP, not typed by hand. Korea–US rows are grouped by weight only — there is one corridor, not a country chart with thirty rows most counters never use.
That switch lets a forwarder bulk-paste a shipper’s spreadsheet and clear de minimis on 500 rows before quoting — a forwarding job with parcel lines in it, still inside the master B/L world.
One parcel at a time, priced while the customer waits, with no shipment, no master, and no bill of lading anywhere in the record.
Two kinds of money, two moments it becomes final — a prepaid receipt at intake, or cash the driver hands back at the end of the day.
Until this ships, a courier company runs settlement outside CBMGO — a real gap, not a hidden one.
The route orders eleven stops by drive time, not by the order they were entered. A failed stop gets a reason — not home, wrong address, refused, damaged — and a next action, from the office screen.
A forwarder’s tracking page has seven stages built for a container. A parcel does not wait at customs for three weeks, so Courier reads four.
Sixteen pieces. Seven are live. Nine are being built now — each one reuses a screen that already exists elsewhere in CBMGO.
One box, priced at the counter, scanned at the hub, delivered by the driver app, and tracked the whole way — on the demo company or your own rate card. Bring a real zone chart and a real weight break, and the call ends with your own rates entered, not a sample.
